Winona, located beneath the bluffs on the Mississippi River in southeast Minnesota, will be celebrating their arts, historic and outdoor heritage with Winona Legacy Destination Weekend, July 15 - 17.

During the weekend, many events will be occurring throughout the city, including:
- Opening of NEW exhibits at Winona County History Center
- FREE music and shows at History Center
- The Great River Shakespeare Festival
- FREE admission to the historic Pickwick Mill
- The Frozen River Film Festival
- FREE water craft rentals at Lake Park
- FREE family activities at Minnesota Marine Art Museum
